Policies


Providing clients with a calm & relaxing environment is a priority. With all respect, we kindly request our guests to observe our policies.

When you schedule your appointment with Marigold you are agreeing to these policies.


CANCELLATION: Please provide Marigold with 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee up to the full amount of the service scheduled. This fee will be charged to the credit card used to hold the appointment.

DEPOSIT: Upon scheduling, clients will be asked to place a nonrefundable $25 deposit to secure their appointment. Deposits will be applied to the total bill.

CHECK-IN: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS: If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but service time may be cut short to avoid delays for other guests. If your service is shorter due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full price of the service.

REFUNDS: Unfortunately, skincare products, services and gift certificates are non refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Marigold Skincare is not responsible for any lost, damaged or misplaced items.

CELL PHONE: For maximum relaxation, please turn your phone off or on silent during your treatment.

HEALTH: Please inform us before your treatments of any health issues, allergies, or injuries you may have. Certain treatments may not be appropriate for those with high blood pressure, heart disease, allergies, pregnancy, etc. We will be happy to advise safer alternatives.

SICK OR FEELING UNWELL: If you are feeling sick we ask that you respect and protect everyones well being by informing us ahead of time so we can reschedule your appointment. Getting a facial while sick is not recommended and in some cases can make you feel worse.

ATTIRE: Wear clothing that you are comfortable changing in and out of for your appointment. For comfort clients will change into a Comphy spa wrap. All linens and spa wraps are laundered after each use.

CHILDREN AND GUEST: Due to limited space please refrain from bringing children and/or extra guests to your appointment.

PRIVACY: Your privacy is important to Marigold! All personal information collected is entirely confidential and will only be used for booking purposes. Your information will never be shared with third-parties.
